HOW QUICKLY WILL I HEAR BACK FROM YOU?
We answer messages and emails in the order they arrive and always try to reply as quickly as we can, usually within 24 hours.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?
We pack orders quickly, so address changes are not always possible. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at kara@laleepop.com with your name and order number and we will do everything we can to fix it before it ships.
HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most are packed within 24 hours, but during busy times it can take up to 3 business days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order is packed it ships within 1 to 2 business days, and you will receive an email with your tracking number.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order, some items may arrive in separate packages a day or two apart.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If something you ordered is out of stock, we will email you with an updated timeline. If we do not expect to restock it within two weeks, we will refund you for that item automatically.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If you need a hand, just reach out and we are happy to help.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
We are so sorry! Please email us at kara@laleepop.com with your name, order number, and a quick photo, and we will make it right.
